  • Pride purple :(

These pride purple builders are getting insane ..2 bhk for 60 lakhs that too in wakad area...these kinda builders r the ones responsible for hiking the realty market of Pune...Do they think people coming outside from Pune mainly IT people are crorepatis or r so highly paid that they can afford to buy such high rise flats... :(

  • I inquired today about the Pride Wakad Project and found that they are asking for any amount. They are quoting huge....
You will be more surprised to know the asking price , if you visit Vishal Nagar area. 3bhk are getting sold 1.25 cr

  • still want to buy at this price - you are wealthy dude

ohoo come one people.. who are buying at this prices at such places..
and if anyone, they dont even know the standard of life even after earning so much money.. :bab (59):
builder will quote anything.. and its the buyer who should think about the property price being worth... and few short brains (may be emotionally gripped or whatever) put hard money and genuine buyers suffer.
The market may be hold by many black money guys and it..
Throws frustration to genuine buyer with hard money.. :bab (45):

  • Just dont buy at all........Let them hold on to these properties for 6-12 months. And they will "hopefully" realize the buyer power in market.
But again I know its a personal choice.....

  • Pride purple was selling Park Royale for 3500 at some time. Then recession happened and they slashed the rates till 2700. So you can imagine the kind of inflated rates they are operating at. Best to avoid buying at such high rates and wait for prices to come down to reasonable levels. Moreover their quality is not so great to warrant such a high price.

+1. Agree completely. Also, Pride Purple is known for not to keep promises. Ask any person in Park Royale or Sapphire Park or 5 Gardens.

Btw, the 'model' which features in Park Turquoise ads is a copy-paste model from some other ads ;). Man, see the chindhi-giri of this builder, can't even afford a model to do an original session for him :D.

  • 2 BHK layout is also not so great ... dining area & living room are merged & also 8*8 terrace how pathetic for 56 L … I think they should have change their layout at least…

They only change models for the ads they do .... :bab (38): ....

Whose budget gets fitted for these kinds of flats? No smart investor will invest in these costly flats (more than 4000 Rs/Squarefeet) and end users who can afford it, already having own flats to stay in. The poor people ( earning less than 10L/year) can't afford this, and will be forced to stay in rented house. I read in some other thread that bull phase of real sector will come into 2014, however it can only be possible when freshers start getting 8-10L/year packages in 2014. How come IT or other industry can give 8-10L Rs/year to fresher when there is some much completions from other developing Asian companies.
