How much does one pay for special add on features in regular flats? Eg in kalyani nagar, waterfront or ivy glen costs 12500 rs pert but Fortaleza costs only 7500. What makes two properties of the same age and same address differ so much in rate? What explains the premium of 5000? Any comments either as a buyer or a subject matter spet will be welcome. I am struggling to decide if it is better to buy one premium property vs two regular properties when they are in a remote area and the diff in rates is still marginal?
