I have a good flat in Kothrud. I am on the look out for one more better 2bhk or 3bhk flat in area of kothrud, bavdhan. However, I feel that in future baner will become better than kothrud.

Now i need advice from you guys that, should I go in for Baner(3bhk or rowhouse) or should I invest in kothrud or bavdhan. My budget would be around 85-90 lacs for a good 3bhk.

Do let me know honestly whether my thinking makes sense in today's situation.

    no it doesn't make sense to invest white money, because real estates are overpriced now

  • Thanks. However I was looking towards future as many good facilities are coming up in baner including educational institutes, sports complex is also there.

    I was actually looking out to migrate to baner by buying myself a good flat or rowhouse.
