    I got interested in this after getting a call from a broker/channel partner!! I called up developer guys on the number listed on their website. Rates seems OK but I don't like the floor plans per se. Also not very enthusiastic comments on other older projects.

    Not as such. Yesterday I gave d token amount for this project.
    Launch dates will b first week of Oct.. 4 bldgs - 21 storey.. 3 bhk at the max 65 lakhs.. You can visit the site n check further details urself...they r taking refundable token(21k) from interested customers.

      Ok so there is no concept of group booking here..all token holders are treated at par..is that what u mean?

    Waiting to see more details in their launch event but they said there won't b multi size 3bhk units like 2bhk variants.. Proposed one is compact size only. Attached the unit plan for 3bhk with some details.

    Hello guys I'm also planning for this project. They are presenting the project on 8,9&10th Oct. They took 21k refundable amount as booking and at the time of booking 5% then for 80% you will get bank loan (disbursement as per slab construction) and remaining 15% at handover.2BHK will cost max 50L. Possession is on 2019. This much information I got from the office. Can anyone throw some light on reputation of builder.Did he complete his previous project on time? All feedbacks are welcomed!!! Thanks in advance!!

    They are giving 3 benefits on paper:
    1. 5 year warranty on flats
    2. 3 year rental assurance post possession date
    3. Dec 2019 completion certificate..

    Seems fine, but incase the builder delays.. will this statement of builder which they promised will be in written on agreement holds???

    Also, common walls are something which is definitely negative. Also, shops etc are not internal to society although in close vicinity definitely helps. But that shops will be as good for tinsel town guys as well.. so nothing exclusive about that..

    Also, 1 acre forest is a plus.. 2 acre plot for misc use.. they were talking of school but all talks now.. Looking at the cost, anyone pls advice if this is better or milange 2 bhk at 49 Lakh all inclusive...

      Tinsel town is costly as compared to Yashwin. 2 bhk in Tinsel town would cost approx 65 lakh.
