- Brokers are running behind me to purchase token by giving 1L post dated check. He is saying that 240 Tokens are already given. I am really surprised that people are ready to stay in a queue to buy a flat that is not giving any pre-launch benefit. Just for Brand, one can not fool buyers. Guys lets stop this kind of non-sense from builder cartel and lets unite to bring more transparency an reasonable pricing in real-estate world. I am delaying my purchase since last 5 years and today I am seeing that flats are available at rates which have increased 2-3% a year.
