      I have taken token BUT rates are too high . As a investor I dont see any apreciation hence I will negotiate at 5000 . If it fine then fine else I will take back token.

      In current time, anyday RTM is better than taking a risk of delayed possession. Also CLP now a days are no atractive as almost 30-50% payment is extracted from the buyer as soon as plith work is started.
  • Orginally this land belonged to Peninsula and Ashok meadows phase 2 and phase 3 were planned on this land. I think Ashok Meadows itself never got sold completely. Now godrej has got that land.I think you will find rtm properies at same rate in Ashok meadows

      Exactly. In ashok meadows you dont have pay sales tax and VAT. That is 4-5 lakh saving

  • Brokers are running behind me to purchase token by giving 1L post dated check. He is saying that 240 Tokens are already given. I am really surprised that people are ready to stay in a queue to buy a flat that is not giving any pre-launch benefit. Just for Brand, one can not fool buyers. Guys lets stop this kind of non-sense from builder cartel and lets unite to bring more transparency an reasonable pricing in real-estate world. I am delaying my purchase since last 5 years and today I am seeing that flats are available at rates which have increased 2-3% a year. I am fortunate that I have earned more in bank FD and Equity Funds.

  • Just Token count doesnt mean anything.
    It will depend once the plan in-unveiled, as of now even cost sheet is not shared. People will not let go their hard earned money down the drain.
