Hi,

Recently one of my friends booked a 1 BHK flat in Nivasa Udaan in Lohegaon by Nivasa Group. I am also planning to visit the site this weekend. Does anybody have any idea about this project?

    Hi Shaurya,

    I've also booked a 1 bhk with Nivasa Udaan and still waiting for the possession which is delayed. Do lemme know what info do you need or would appreciate if you could share your number so that we can talk. I assume you would have already booked by now, so it'll be great to be in touch with the people who have booked their flats in Nivasa Udaan.

      Thanks for your detailed response. I visited the site but somehow the sales team did not impress me so as the approach road. So i thought of waiting for some more time. Could you please share some more details about like how the water supply would be managed, does it comes under PMRDA or PMC, would the builder be able to deliver it without further delays (since it has already delayed, what is your opinion about the reasons given by sales team)?
