    Hi,



    I have booked flat in Kondhwe Dhawade in 2014 and done aggrement for sale in 2015. I havae paid 90% amount on April 2016.

    Possesion is mentioned in Aggrement as OCT 2018. In this case , If i want rto cancel my aggrement, what is the procedure ?

    Will buider refund my stamp duty and registration amount ?



    What will be the calculation of interest on the amount I paid ? Will it be from the day I paid , or from the OCT-18 ?



    Please guide me.

      Why do you want to cancel ? Builder will have grace period of 1yr from possession date till Oct 2019, If you cancel because of personal reasons, then no interest and stamp duty refund will be done..

      You can maximum ask for interest post oct 2018, resell it in market...don't cancel...

      Is it Rera registered, what's possession date there ?

        It is rera registered and but date of possession is mentioned 36 month from date of the agreement. There was no mention of grace period. in rera , possession date mentioned is July 2020
