Residential projects in 60-70 lakhs in Hinjewadi, Pune

    Hi all,

    I am looking for real estate investment in Pune, preferably in Hinjewadi area, as it has good rent returns as well as may have high resale value. I visited couple of projects like Paranjape Trident tower, Kohinoor Itrend, Mittal Highmont. And when I check on sites like magicbricks, 99 acres etc. I see so many properties that I am getting confused.

    My budget is around 60-70. Can you people suggest some good projects which might help me to fetch long term returns?

    Should I invest in branded builders like Paranjape / Rohan and invest in property ready for possession after 3-4 years (most of their projects finishing earlier than that, have been sold out).

    Or,

    Should I go with some low end builders who are offering earlier possession?

    Or,

    Should I altogether go for resale flats?

    Note: Though I am from Pune, I am currently working in Bangalore. Currently do not have any plans to move to Pune and do not see any chances that I will be moving to this new property at all in future.

    Any guidance is highly appreciated.

    Put ur money in an FD or equity. Property at present does not seem a wise investment unless you are buying it for living purposes.

      STOP calling Hinjewadi..its Hinjawadi

      What makes you think that there will be good resale value?

      There are thousands of flats still vacant and thousand more being built as we speak!

      Do you think you will get good resale value when there are so many options in the market ?

        Hinjewadi or Hinjawadi is example of how local politics can screw larger scheme of things.
        I don’t know what make people think that there will be appreciation there.
        If you are keen on putting money in real estate then find property in Wakad (Datta Mandir & 0.5 km radius from there).
        You will get a guaranteed rental, much better locality, property in PCMC limits & better returns in comparison to Hinj.
