  • Buying land in a group and developing it in Pune

    I was curious to check if there are any groups/people who are interested to buy a land as a group form a society and then develop it on our own or with a builder (60-40 ratio). It can be significantly save the cost. Pretty sure that people might have done this in past. Any opinion/interest/suggestion/comment is welcome.
