Hi All,

I am planning to book flat in newly launched Rama Metro Life Maxima in Tathawade, Pune. Would be great if someone can throw an insight on upcoming developments in the Area/Builder Reputation etc. They are charging high considering the area for sure.

Thanks.

  • I have visited Metro Life scheme last week and here are my reviews

I would suggest don't buy it with following reasons

    1. Litigation against ther project. You can check on RERA site.

    2. They are charging rate of Wakad, which is not worth.

    3. Though their sales team will tell you the project area around 8-9 acres but actual area of scheme is 4.5 acres considering that rest area is for commecials development, which is of no use.

    4. IT will be very crowded place. Withing 4.5 area, total flats are 576 approx. As of now they have opned only D building which has 144 flats

    5. if you see, Their 3 BHK layout, it is actually 2.5 bhk considering one room is of size 8X9. so it is not actually a 3 BHK.

As per builder this litigation is not in currently planned maxima area this litigation is on small piece of project where future building is planned. Is that true?

I was planning to book here but decided against it after seeing the litigation which is one of the relatives of the landowner has filed case claiming his share in the land
  • Also if anybody who has bought into this project, can post their reviews here to help others.

  • I booked a flat here, So far the experience is good. The location was good and its a highway touch project and nearby proposed Dmart and Phonix mall is attractive. Are there any issues?

Can you tell please tell me which flat you booked and for how much?
  • The Litigation is on another plot on the other side of the road where MHADA building is going to be constructed as per them. Also, that litigation is not very serious.

I booked a flat in this project as I liked the location and considering the future of this location.

It is close to the highway, but the apartments are designed in a way that you will not get any noise in your flat. It will have a good commercial section which will be facing the highway.

I visited here and liked the floor plans. Prices are little higher but quality looks good. Not sure about litigation though.
