Ii have booked a flat in Maple Shelters Aapla Ghar at Chakan / Talegaon, Pune, in December 2015 and as per the agreement the builder was supposed to give possession by Dec 2018. I had took HDFC loan of Rs 16 lacs out of which bank has disbursed 650000 to builder

The total project was of 8 buildings, out of which the builder is constructing only 3 buildings now and my building he is not constructing he told the same in feb 2019

i had book flat under "NO EMI TILL POSSESSION" but from June 2017 he requested me to pay the pre emi to bank and he will adjust the same at the time of possession

i lost trust and told him to refund my all money back but he arrogantly told me to do whatever i want, hence filed in RERA but no progress on the same.

Can anybody tell me is RERA better or should I opt for consumer court?
