  • 2.5 / 3 BHK apartment in Pune

    Dear all,

    I would like to buy an apartment in Pune. Shortlisted areas- Undri, Khardi, Baner, Hinjewadi & Wakad.

    Purpose- self use after 3 years.

    Question:

    What should be my budget for a decent size 2.5/3 BHK in an upcoming locality?

    What are the pros & cons of above areas?

    Are there any ongoing projects which are worth investing now in order for the property to be ready in 2-3 years time?

    Looking forward to your suggestions.

    These r different corners....West pune Wakad is best, 3bhk should cost 85-95lakhs, Baner will be 10% higher and Hinjewadi will be 10% cheaper...

    Kharadi and Wakad are almost same price...

    Undri will take time to come up...

    Pimple saudagar has lot of resale available 3bhk decent size for ~1cr, will personally prefer that..

      How long will it take for Undri to come up- 3+?

      Any specific projects (from relatively reliable builder) that you can suggest in areas you have recommended.
