  • its shaping up well...very good plan and loading is very less

    only issue is that its 8-9km from expressway

    after CTS comes up in phase-3 ( TCS, TechM, IBM is already functional), place should be a busy hub....area comes under MIDC so will always be well managed

    school is operational from this year and will be in good shape in 2-3 years

    road connecting to Lavale will get broadened soon

    -ve ....too many flats...sport facilities will be shared by many + no progress for road to Balewari

    Hi there, I am getting tempted after repeatedly getting emails on Megapolis Smart Homes III.

    Rate is Rs.3500 psf as in the email.

    Should I give it a thought?

  • The land is "Leased for 99 years". So you may want to check this before buying. All of us assume that the lease may be renewed, but it is not certain.

    I keep getting emails on Megapolis Smart Homes III. Rate wise it looks very tempting. But not sure what the ground reality is.

    Will have a look in the specific thread.

    There is a new mall coming up near wipro ph 2. Things shaping up really well in hinjewadi.

    I am really positive about hinjewadi and the whole rectangle from chandani chock, Pune-Bangalore highway, expressway and the hills behind hinjewadi phase 3. Think KULKARNI echoloch will be a good project to invest (not as ur 1st house) with a 4-5 yr horizon
