Hi Friends,

Looking for a "VALUE FOR MONEY" apartment. I have been looking for a 2BHK flat in range of 50-60L. (

My target area is near Hinjewadi .. e.g. baner, balwadi, wakad.PS etc...

I found Roseland Residency and Park Street as good "Gated Communities" (neither too small nor too big). providing a place to walk and play for children.

Kindly suggest more such schemes.

Looking for a Ready Possession flat

Good project for me means:

Open spaces
Layout of project should not be like TRAIN COACHES
Good Constructions no cracks for next 8 years
NO water problems etc

NOTE: is it worth seeking help of brokers to find good projects or flats. I met couple of them but were not gud enuff.

    IREF should monitor HOW MANY WRONG WARNINGS HAVE BEEN ISSUED?

    Current property projects in Baner Pune

    I am not sure if there are more properties currently running in Baner.. and those are in our reach..

    These are probably investors who would eventually rent out the flat. Some of these are probably from Mumbai where rates have reached limits & Pune still has hot real estate market. If you look at the trend for the past 1 year, the rates in Pune have sky-rocketed because of huge demand. Though analysts do mention that the rates will eventually become stable, I do not see that happening for another 6-8 months.

  • not an investor...guy from pune only and staying with family...two more flats sold now..current rate is 5000...at 3500 no buyer at 5000 multiple buyers :)..may be ready posession..
