couple of weeks back in kiona flat has been sold@4700...package arnd 72L...still people are buying ..dont know how..

These are probably investors who would eventually rent out the flat. Some of these are probably from Mumbai where rates have reached limits & Pune still has hot real estate market. If you look at the trend for the past 1 year, the rates in Pune have sky-rocketed because of huge demand. Though analysts do mention that the rates will eventually become stable, I do not see that happening for another 6-8 months.

not an investor...guy from pune only and staying with family...two more flats sold now..current rate is 5000...at 3500 no buyer at 5000 multiple buyers :)..may be ready posession..
