You need to decide whether you are looking at only new flats or OK with resale.
When you start looking at resale flats in an area which are 5-6 years old, a whole new dimension opens up.
There are pros and cons with resale. I would say there are more advantages in buying resale than book a new apartment in the current R.E scenario. But thats just me. There is plenty of info on resale versus new bookings in this forum already.
