Received an email today on XRBIA in Hinjewadi - XRBIA - Best Investment Option in Hinjewadi - 1, 2, 3, BHK Homesstarting 8.98 lacs only !

Unable to attach it here, appears blank for some reason

Kya bolate ho? Paisa lagau kya?

Anyone has any updates or more details plzzz share. I don't have much idea about West Pune.

  • Thank you for the links. Checked the video on YouTube. Exterior layout & views look awesome but the flat layout is bad. Very cramped rooms. And yes as @rohanmalik mentioned, diagonal walls look wierd. May be an attempt to squeeze more space than it is in actual.

    But still tempting.

    I do not liked the layout, specially Ax buildings, they look like chawls. Overfilled to a level where you do not have to buy TV if flat owner next to your balcony (patio in Xrbia's terms) has it :D.

    Good option to rent to bachelors or young working DINK couples? How much rent can be expected here? Looks good from investment perspective.

    Not sure how many ppl would like to live in a remote area which has fields all over for 1 km on approach road. Is it safe to travel on this road after sunset ?

    Since this project is just after the hill, Is there any short cut road to enter Hinjewadi MIDC from this township ?

    Development happens with time or at least we can expect it to happen :) Good thing is amount required for investment is less. But can't comment about the returns on resale & rental yields.

    Not sure if there is a short cut, may be worth climbing up the hill & then climbing down the hill to know more.

    This could be the catch here, They might have designed those small units only to lure ppl thinking it as small investment.
    I doubt if one working in Hinjewadi can think of this project as dream / first home.

  • Those who can't afford expensive big homes (I mean at least bigger in size than XRBIA) , can certainly explore XRBIA. I am still looking for more details. Some building layout plans are crap. One building behind another, one building in front of another. Crazy.

    Would be nice to have some gaon walas also as neighbours in the society, after all it is ultra affordable.

    The location and locality are the biggest negative points.

    nahi re... maine kab bola ki 10 lakh bahut kam amount hai... it's the same mentality like cars... !! buying an alto and expecting ABS/air bags/metallic paint and GPS...

    This should be no concern for this forum members as they think renting is good option. So they should be happy that more cheaper rental options will be available to them. :D
