I visited one project in Pimple Gurav area. It was my second visit to the project. In first visit (nov 2008) the rate was 2800 psf and total budget for 2 bhk was 28L-29L. In second visit (Feb 2009) the builder told me the rate as 2500 psf, but still 2 bhk total cost was same 28L-29L. He has increased the Society maintenance charges and as well he had included lobby and staircase area in the calculation. Eventhough the psf rates are down the total cost for a flat is same. What a magic! I did not discuss/argue about this with the builder, just got the quotation and left. As I think the price 2500 is even not worth for that area. so just waiting for prices to come at real level in Pune.

    Its a democratic gimmick.

    Firstly, its out of public memory. So no one is bothered abt it

    It can be mired in red tape for ages by the commitees. No decision

    The company/firms can resurface and do business in a new avatar.

    Black listed companies have been given contracts earlier ocassions.
