    Revise the rates to 2650-2750 as there are ads by broker in TOI classified since many weeks quoting this rate.
    Also NIBM is available at this rate ..... so why Kharadi ?

  • Not sure but heard from someone that there is a IT park plan in Kharadi (heard this some 2 years back). I know at least one mid size US based IT company has plan to consolidate 3 of its offices to Kharadi.
