    LoL:D. Perhaps they should look at project under Indira Awaas Yojna:o. It is really hard to digest that a person earning 60k+/month can't afford to buy RE is descent area in Pune:(. Anyways, good part is that the new IT development will be at Kolhapur according to the state govt notification. Thank god that IT influx will reduce drastically now.

    for you updates ...
    now they realised 3850 is also cheap .. so latest rate quoted is 3975/- psf + floor rise above fifth floor as applicable ..

    Great news .. in bavdhan rates already touching 4000/- psf mark ... :D:D

    Now i am looking for some Indira Awas yojana in nearby area .... or planning to move to Talegaon Annex . ( wherever it is ) :p

    Core Bavdhan ( not the highway Bavdhan ) is a good area... feels like prabhat road sometimes. rates are high no doubt but it seems ppl are buying there even if 1 person books at say 3800 then that becomes the defacto standard. too bad yaar!! if this continues then home buyers are doomed:).. Builders have some mercy!!!

    Hey guys, me 2 looking for property in similar area, Find my thread here:

    I was tracking this thread for some time now but i contacted Nancy and similar road side projects which are completed, I called them and got only one common reply Completely Sold Out.

    What's going on with Pune RE????

    Any idea about new Under Cons projects? Bhavdhan /pashan/ pashan-sus road? Good Builder, nice amenities and good location, guess I'm asking for to much.:)

    All projects are completely available with Brokers.....
    Builders give broker 5 - 10K per flat ....
    And if you are really worried ...check out ready Possession flats in any area ...
    Either builder has rented it or its available in Resale...

    don't fall in Trap like a fool(Financial fool) ;) ...
    Be aware .....Learn Personal Finance.... money flow etc...
    not for you but for all....

    AND now its almost official ....

    If not Double dip World Recession then it will be slowed growth for next 10 - 15 yrs
    If double dip comes then recovery can happen in less then 10 yrs ...

    Its like Braking .... apply hard and stop faster .... collision avoided chances are high
    But that involves pain .....
    Govt has interrupted ... so braking is gentle .... pain is reduced ... but will the car stop ?
    Has the collision has been avoided ???? or its more imminent
    only time will tell ....

    If buyer think they don't need seatbelt or helmet :)
