Quality - Pathetic - but this is the reason that you can actually buy a 4bhk at a cost lower than that of a 3bhk in other societies adjacent to this project.
Cost - very low maintenance cost and there are almost no amenities and whatever garden is there is at 1.5 level up with slippery steel stairs - guys hardly use it - less use less maintenance.
Access - yes there are roads planned and they'll get competed in next few years till then you can reach the place from another society's compound.
Common area and Parking - excellent common space is left in the premises and one can roam and play cricket (only if cars are not parked in the spaces allocated in between the passages)
Cool Homes - technology used for construction is so good that you'll hardly need AC in the flats, all walls remain wet - let it be first floor, top floor or any floor in between and let it be any wall, internal to two rooms or exposed outside or a bathroom wall - all walls are guaranteed to have seepage (oops sorry, the wetness of new technology) to keep home cool.
Paint - you don't need to paint the flats from inside as even if you paint, the water seeping from walls will take the paint out in few months :)"
