  • DSK Sundarban

    Hi Guys,

Need your views on investment in DSK Sundarban.
DSK has a special scheme going on till tomorrow (10-May). Its ready possession flats are selling for close to 20 % discount.
I went to the exhibition they are having and here are the details -
Flat - 2 BHK, 980 sft salable, No Car Parking, not a lot of amenities.
Price - 25.10 lakhs all inclusive (stamp duty / registration included).

My requirement - I am looking at renting the apartment and not planning for my own use.

    Pros -
I think its very decent price.
    Ready possession.
Its very close to Magarpatta and Amanora (Which are selling for much higher price right now.
    quality of construction is good.
Can be rented easily (rent of 8K per month is common).

    Cons -
    No private car parking available.
Appraoch road is not yet fully constructed.

Any suggstions / comments? Any feedback from people owning apartment there? Any input in negotiating with DSK are welcome.

    DSK Sundarban rates enquiry

I recently[6 June 2009] visited one of the DSK stall at PBAP Property Expo,Pune. The rate I got there was 3300 /sqft.They said about negotiation when you visit the site.
The executives at the stall told me that all the amenities are there except swimming pool.Is it true?
Can anybody provide me the ongoing rates at DSK Sundarban? and how much it will cost[inclusive stamp duty, registration, parking, electricity etc.] for 990-1000 sqft flat.
I am planning to buy one for my own use.
    Any feedback will be appreciated.

    Thanks and Regards,

      Re : DSK Sundarban

Around 10 May - when they had special offers - DSK quoted 25.1 Lakhs all inclusive for DSK Sundarban ready possession apartment. I think you should try asking for this rate. Do let us know what rate you get it at.

        Re : DSK Sundarban

Call them first and do initial nego. on the . If they state ridiculous rates don't even go there. If they are reasonable, go to the site and negotiate.

Have any questions or thoughts about this?
