We see lot of ongoing projects in hadapsar area (incl manjari, phurusungi).
I visited below properties at Manjri on Pune Solapur highway:

2100 psft negotiable, brand new ready possession 2BHK 765 sq ft flat in Kohinoor Village.
2300 psft, 70% completed and of better construction quality & amenities than above.

What is your take on Manjri (properties on pune solapur highway)?
Is it worth that money?

    Try Kharadi.


    the road has been built, water is still an issue.

    First visit this place near EON IT park,

    will give more gen.

    Rates r betwn 2200-5500 psf.

    Properties I saw at Manjri are adjacent to the highway so good connectivity. 3 SEZ in nearby. Have booked luxurious flat with 2 side modular-kitchen platform at 2300 psft in Manjri. My PSU bank rated the project as A grade. Can you give reviews about this project?

    Others (new/under construction) in Manjri are quoting between 2100-2250 psft negotiable.

    Distance from Magarpatta to either Manjri or Kharadi is same. Besides my kid study in a school near camp.

    I am still propecting:)

    The area near Eon IT park has 4 petal structure, one is complete , second is on verge of completion, third appears to be abt 50-60% complete. Physical verification

    Each has abt 10,000 employees informed by broker.

    A huge road is being built towards the nagar road direction ( 300 ft wide) right in front of IT park. Physical verification

    This road will surely connect through Education Zone behind Airport towards New airport at Chakan. DP

    Water is still not provided by PMC. Could not find any piple line tho' to IT park on ground. But surely, it should be on any time.


    About Manjri i cannot say any word, lack of info.;)

    Bldrs have reduced prices on an avg 10 -15 % from the peak. However still not touched there first booking level ( 2006- 2007)

    At current level, I suppose, cant get a luxurious flat below 25 lacs in Kharadi.

    Last year I was quoted psft rates of 2700 at Ganga Constella (ok sort of flats) and 3500 at Deccan Gold. Brokers were quoting 3000.

    Anyway, even now Kharadi wud increase my budget by 6-7 lacs for 2 BHK. Although not sure how much rates has dropped this year.
