HI,
I visited Samart sovereign at hadapsar behind Amanora.
With very less amenities but the location is good near to solapur high way ,as my company is in Kalyani nagar i am looking for property nearby.
Anybody else visited it? They are quoting 2600.
possession is in oct 09
Any suggestions?

    2600?LoL. Makes sense to buy at 2700 at Magarpatta rather that too ready possession.

    If possession is in next 12-15 months, rates are high.

    For Kalyani Ngr, areas like Kharadi, Chandan Ngr wud be good.
    There is a project of Kumar Periwinkle at Chandan Ngr at 2500.

    Negotiate hard, as it will be buyer's mkt for next couple of years.

    called up Kumar Periwinkle quoting 2800 , possession after 18 months.
    is your information about 2500 confirmed?

    I also give suggestion that you should try at Kharadi, Chandan Nagar, Dhanori from where Kalyani Nagar is near.

    I also interested to book 2 BHK flat in such areas and checked rates at Kumar Periwinkle. In first seating of negotiation with out cheque............he is ready to negotiate from 2800 to 2400 so you can further negotiate till 2250 to 2300.......so overall package will around 26,00,000 lacs.............

    Also If you interested in Kharadi.............Urban Nirvana project offering compact 2 BHK flat ...........price 2300/- s.ft...........then tell so we can go for group booling

    I think you are quoting 2700 psft rate from resale, is it ?
    I am interested in Magarpatta at this rate. Do you have any contacts of any investors ? I want to check out.

    Isn't this registration / transfer changes standard ?

    looks like they have removed the car parking charges from their cost .
    Is it real.
