It is more about open spaces.
Compared to layouts in Mumbai projects, the wide layout here gave a sense of big space. Perhaps, based on some comments on IREF this seems to be cramped by Pune standards.

Anyone who is a recreational golfer should be okay with the amount of golfing space provided. Everywhere the world over, golfing requires a membership plus 'greens fees' everytime one goes out to play. And please do not think about going for a stroll or picnic on a Golf course!

It seems that the lower level floors in front of golf course will need to have the netting, which is generally the norm for golf centered developments. perhaps upto 6-7 floors. even though these should be translucent nets, still may affect the golf course views to some extent for residents on lower floors.

Today I read about IDFC Ltd buying Blue Ridge SEZ. Is it true? Any impact for buyers in residential towers? Any existing buyers any details on this.

            Thank you DhamalPrash.
Here are the details: Tower 23, above 21st floor. not a corner unit. This was the last golf facing appt left in Tower 23 for 2bhk. It costed around 86L all inclusive. The BSP for 21+ floors is 5800.

The inventory is there for GolfFacing 2bhk in T22 above 21st floor, perhaps 4,5 flats. Rest everything golf facing sold out, unless they release 25floor+ appts in future.

I wanted a lower floor, perhaps around 8th to 12th, but missed out on this project last year, and nothing available now. Do not have to money to buy outright in resale for ready flats, so eventually decided to book the underconstruction towers even though the delivery would be sometime in 2016 [the company says dec 2015]

Thank you pnq2012, your posts and feedback were very realistic and were an important part making the tough decision of putting my savings in this project. Exciting to be part of this project.

This means that the company would have good cash flows to complete the residential project. Thanks for sharing, this is possibly a positive news.

But initially the planned target for selling SEZ was for Rs600cr, eventually it seems like that they sold it for Rs450cr only as per your news link above.

From what I know, both SEZ and BR are under one company - Flagship Infrastructure Pvt. Ltd. So obviously, this is good news for the company. I cannot imagine Paranjape selling SEZ for a loss, so the profit from this sale will eventually help the company. We all know that the 2008/2009 delay was caused due to insufficient funds as many investors backed out of BR. Now, BR does not have that excuse and hopefully they do not have to rely on more investors to finish this project.

There is a rumor floating that if the SEZ is sold to another company, then the entrance will be outside of the BR campus. A similar proposition is in place for the BR school where the entrance will be on the North end. Currently, there is a road, which is mostly used by the heavy construction vehicles. The road is actually a nice shortcut as it leads you to Hinjewadi Chowk & saves some half KM if traveled via the Infosys circle.

Yes, the SEZ sale is definitely a good news, as long as Paranjape's dont decide to invest the money to acquire land for their next mega-township project!

Are there still any 1 BHK Slim Fit left? if not, what are the resale prices like?
