I hear that the Blue Ridge Phase II is not doing well. Anyone having any updates on this scheme? What is the possession date for phase II? Heard a lot of cancellations have been happening there any idea please update.

  • A property dealer who specializes in BR has put up an Ad yesterday for 3BHK on 20th floor for Rs 98L on 99acres com

    This is the first time I have observed that asking price of Ready-to-move 3BHK in BR is starting below 1 Cr.

    In April-May when I was looking out the asking price was approx 1.1 Cr.

    The ad even says this is for furnished flat!!! However to be honest I think the "furnished" part could be a copy-paste error by the dealer.

    Always have an open mind, it helps in long run. Man, you never know even a small school going kid sometimes says something which even an adult can't. Learn to respect difference of opinions, and if you don't agree, you can put the reasons for that rather than targeting the poster !!

    How many posts have I put on the megaolis thread talking about pipe burst, layout, parking and water and lease? If I am not a resident of megapolis what value is there by giving my gyan to the residents about normal issues. If those people have decided to buy a house in a scheme which has a lease concept then good for them. I am not going to insult their decision on a daily basis.


    U see the difference or like always u have ur own weird logic. I have compared 4 projects and given my best option. Its my personal opinion.

    The issue is not about difference of opinion. Its ur problem with accepting that u have been wrong for the last 6 yrs about RE prices so now u have to keep up the facade by projecting just -ve news about Pune RE. That helps no one expect ur own ego. Its that simple. Learn to adapt to the facts or be ready to be forever ridiculed and ignored.

    Do research on the common RE sites.

    My request is to everyone including moderators and also directed toward myself.

    It is possible for people with differing viewpoints to debate in a civil manner without being offensive. Even school children manage to do that in debate competitions.

    The problem is that instead of expressing our viewpoint we have shifted the narrative toward proving the other person/groups viewpoint as wrong.

  • Got the demand letter for 5th floor T 20 ... With green Mart and honey bees functioning the problem of not having a grocery store nearby is solved.. Kasa takes care of veggies and fruits.. and platinum medical store opening in 10 to 15 days .. as per the guy at the counter ( not br spokesperson )
    Things only seem to be improving around here ( except the mindset )

    I really like paranjape .. so daring and dashing to keep the price on their website.

    Buying a resales flat in a 1-2 yr old complex is the preferred way to buy a flat.
    You can see the completed product and check quality plus u will also find out about any legal issues with the complex.

    Regarding price. You should be able to get a 2 BHK for 80 lakhs. BR has been going on for yrs so investors have invested at various price rates - 2800 to 6500 - so the price at which people will be willing to sell will vary a lot.
