    This is not possible in Pune but happening in NCR/Noida. Rates includes everything(parking, club, etc) and rates 2900-3200.

  • Just been to HDFC Property Expo at HDFC house , MIDC , Chinchwad . Free parking ??? The minimum charge for parking was 1.5 lacs , going to 2-2.25 lacs .

    Soon investors will start buying only parking, so re-sales will be like you buy flat from investor 1 and parking from investor 2. LOL:D:D:D
