I am cancelling the agreement before possession. Have paid 15% amount only.

Got original agreement from bank (on cancelling home-loan).
Builder is ready to help in the cancellation process and sell another lower-budget (smaller) flat ;)
I am supposed to hand-over original agreement to builder (I am bit hesitant to do so).

Experts and ones who has experience of house-agreement cancellation in pune are welcomed to comment.

  • hire a lawyer and do everything through him. this will protect you in case the builder tries some trick

    there is no need of worry surrendering originnal agreement as it has been registered before sub-registrar .
    worry to sign the any documents pertaining to cancelltion before refund or fund tranfer to other flat .
