Need Advice on Nyati Ethos

    Hi,

    I am planning to buy 2 BHK in Undri. I have seen various options however i like to Nyati Ethos. Phase 1 is completely Sold out and Phase 2 hardly some units are there. The location is upcoming and developments are happening at good pace.

    The Phase 1 is going to complete in March 2013 and the builder would be giving possession by Mar 2013. The current rate which Nyati is asking for Phase 2 is 4300/sqt feet. And phase 2 will be completed in June 2014.

    I am getting a flat in Phase 1(possession in Mar 2013) from a investor for 55 lakhs(complete package). The area is 1010 sq feet.

    Do you think is a good buy???
    Your inputs are welcome.
    Please suggest if have any other options...?

    What are the amenities he is providing? Is he giving kitchen cabinets and stuff like that?

      All ameneties are there such as Swimming pool, gym, piped gas, solar heater, 100 percent power back up, covered car park...and many more....but no kitchen cabinets.

        Please be aware, there will be a water issues, as all Nyati apartments in surrounding are has serious water problems.. Now about nyati builders.. i came to know somebody booked here in Ph 2 3500 after 4 months they simply cancelled the booking .. u can understand why... to sell @4300..
        And if u r looking for any appreciation in property in this area FORGET IT...
        The rates are already too much hyped for this area.. in this price better to go for a re-sale one in magfarpatta.. 1. for good appreciation 2. for good rental income.. As Rentals too are very low in this area..and u will locking ur money into wasteland..just an advice.. to you..
