Hi we have housing society with 18 flats based in indrayninagar pradhikaran. society is registered now. I have some doubts please help,

1. Which deed applicable for us sale or conveyance?
2. Builder have registered society fast but for society land transfer deed he appointed one agent. Agent collected every doc. of each owner but he is so slow and we are not getting the information about progress in this case. It is now 1 year passed we come to know that he have not submitted the doc to pradhikaran. what should we do?

  • no completion of conveyance deed

    Talk to the builder and ask him progress.if no answer,take steps to get deemed conveyance done. There is an ongoing drive for issuing deemed conveyance by the registrar of societies.
