That's because youngsters have place only in parking & driveway areas:p.

The area of this park is so small err tiny that the actual name should rather be chita-chiti (ant)park.

      Big is Small

The open spaces appear so big in brochures that first time i visited a site, i was trying to search for the open space on ground in project.

Thus a swim pool is actual a liliputian tub . How many can actually use it.

The next door is infact adjoining ur room. And next bldg u can do a matrix tric.

Saw Adv in above link of Times pune.
Developer is asking for investment in his bunglow project.
Guaranteeing minimum 18% return on investment.

        One more gimmick?

          Gimmiks...continued!!

I recall an ad campaign from 'Rohan ****' located in the desert near mumbai-bangalore bye pass as

" The air is already started blowing...." something like that.

My anxiety pulled me there with a hope to see some good air handling mechanism....bu alas!!! It was just a natural air and nothing else.

I remember one good cartoon from R.K. wherein a frustrated owner complains to his friend that the builder had promised a big 'sea' view; pointing towards a big hoarding painted with alphabet "C" on it in huge font size.

....so there exists only two communities 1. Builders 2. Fools

          Isn't it?

And this ad doesn't contain any details. Seems a crooked builder amongst crooks. Why no details? Better stay out from such projects. Anyways, thanks for this info mady.

              LoL. Good one.

I have seen brochures where swimming pools look so big that you can park even a Cruiseliner like Queen Mary2 & in actual, the pool is only sufficient to play with that Tuk-tuk boats (which runs on oil kept in spoon & are available on streets of MG Road).

Reading this topic made my day lol!!!
It will great if these comments are published in local newspaper!!!

In one ad by Amanora park they say :
check up the construction status of these towers before you remove your shirt. Who knows you may select a flat in the wrong tower and miss an opportunity to live in Jungal Book.
So, now to own a home...you need to remove your shirt and stay in a jungle among these animals... Hahaha!

                    hahaha.....

if u look at the investment and the price that the builder is charging....u can easily the amount of margin's that these builders are having...

                    e.g.
it is mentioned that the total investment is 150 crores and 1000 homes will be built. which comes out to 15 lakhs on an average per home.

It is mentioned that he is plannign to sell houses for 50-60 lakhs.....

I am sure that the investment includes everything for the builder and would be on the higher side. lot of money
