I intend to buy a property in pune for about 25 lakhs on the sinhagad road...on the preferred stretch from anand nagar (nr big bazar) to vadgaon bk. or on the farthest say to ambegaon...But the rates are absolutely ridiculously exhorbitant...goel ganga says 3200 - 3600 for same premises flats, mittal 3600, soba 3400, ...even darode jog having a scheme at ambegaon have quoted at 3300 and say they will try their best to negotiate to 3000....Is it worth...Needless to mention the never say bargain builder DSK has rates of 24 L for 1 BHK, 32 L, 40L for one additional bedrooms...Can someone help me in getting a flat for 25L on sinhagad road...All these builders are saying that the rates shall go up after 15Aug...is it true...should one take a plunge right now or wait till diwali and play a gamble...
