        I checked the floor plan and also talked with marketing guys over there. The cuts and slants can be rectified by brick work. Yeah the passage is bit narrow but the bathrooms are of standard dimensions (4 * 8).
        Any other problem so see in construction / plan wise ?

          Got a question regarding Trillium.
          3 BHK flat carpet area as per the plan on website is 1037 and terrace is 77.
          but if one adds all the area as per the layout it doesn't come to be any way near 1037.

            Well, you need to consider the passage and lobby areas as well, which are not mentioned in the floor plan. This might sum up to the mentioned carpet area.

              Carpet area is dependent on what price does the Builder wish to sell his flat.

              So don't break your head to try and calculate the Carpet Area as you are going by the book and the builders dont.

                  In our society we have Gym and Swimming pool (also carrom and TT). excellent security and we pay 1500 per month as maintainance. SO 2000/- per month and additional interest on one time 3 lakh which may be around 2500 per month looks very costly.

                    HI,

                    I am planning to buy a 3BHK near hadapsar area.
                    The 3BHk Silvenia, Magarpatta is costing around 58L(3250/sq.ft.).
                    But I am getting flat on a lower floor.

                    Are there any good projects nearby (Kharadi etc) for a 3BHK in this price range?
                    Or MP city is OK?

                    Plese Reply soon I have to decide in at most 1 week..
