    Realacres: Modi slap the cong and won 5 seats (which belongs to cong since long time) and now big boss of GSA (Guj. Cricket Association). Pawar khatre mai hai as it seems his eyes on BCCI :). Hope MH election result comes with pleasent surprise for RE and infra. dev.

  • Its a great place if you like jet engines. There is an iaf base there and they love their training flights. So its a great feeling to wake up to a full flight of sukhois.

    Jigar & folks - do you have any pointers?? These brokers are reall crooks. did you buy your flat through a broker or direct sale?

    Well, I would advice dat first you sud chk ur likable schemes through brokers and prepare for some budget and then find out that if you get some direct sell? Problems with v'nagar is dat most of the flats are with mumbai investors so they are aval. with brokers only.

    (To deal with Brokers - if flat price is say 20 lacs then brokers will tell u dat nego. price will be max 19 lacs
    so ask dat broker dat i will give u brokrage of 20 lacs only but get me dat flat for 18 lacs and believe me it will work (it worked in my case). They will somehow convince owner using thr tactics (i just sold flat here for 17.9 etc..) :)

    Negotiate hard for v'nagar as price are very high and also demand/supply gap is not much.

    Navina, if you count the IT companies in East side of pune then definately you will get more count than Hinjawadi :)
