Just got this link from Clover builders site.

ahdc.in/prjClover.html#Aboutproject

It seems this is a project of AHDC which is into housing for defence personnel.
They have partnered with clover and vascon to build township on 52 acres.
The size and name of builders buzzed me...

Anyone knows about it ?

The link has layout and apartment plans...
Will post if i get more info.

Note: Their eligibilty criterian seems to be only for servicemen / ex-servicemen and their family.

We would like to restrict the benefits of our projects to :

Serving Defence Service Officers of the Army, Air force and Navy.
Retired Defence Service Officers of the Army, Air force and Navy.
Sons and daughters of Defence Service Officers, both serving and retired.
Widows who are in receipt of family pension.
Parents of unmarried fatal battle casualties.

---rates are 2600 to 2800, it's not bad for clover projects.

  • Are the rates b/w 2600/- to 2875/- justified for Kharadi?

  • Def. not, but dats handsome rates for Clover construction. Thr rates r always high comp to peers and justified too. (chk thr quality in Wanowadi/Kalyani Nagar/.)

BTW thr r some schemes in Kharadi asking for 3500 to 4k.

  • I think it is too expensive for Kharadi. How can Defence people (officers) with salary of 2-3 lacks can afford this type of apts?

I would have suggested this scheme to my relatives who are in army, but it might be out of their reach.

  • Visited the exibition at vit balewadi today, and vascon was there with this project. They have stopped booking for now and the last rate was 2900 psf. it seems they plan to start taking bookings again in another month as per the salesman. I got to know that the area of 2bhk was 1400 something.

Is this a good project to put your money into?

They can... because whole of 2-3 lakhs is saving for them... almost everything is provided for by Govt of India...
