Dear Experts,

I have booked one plot in one scheme near pune. Gave booking amount only and no agreement/sale deed hapened so far.

I read the NA order and found one clause which makes constrution on that plot mandatory within 3 years span from the NA order release date.

I have no plans to make constrution on that plot in coming 10 years span. Pune investment from my end.

I would like to have your opinion/advice on follwoing

1) I heard that application of extension can be given to concern collector ? I want to know how much painful this process is and even if it gets approved for how much years ? Any idea/ exp so far from your end...

2) Any other risks if I go ahead in this regard, any problems in future for sale ?
