      So Balewadi prices showing downward trend while Baner a strong upward trend ?

        It's not the area but completion of the project which matters. Generally, closer the building to completion, higher is the price.

              May sound bit ambitious, but why not have a spreadsheet covering costs of flats in ongoing RE projects around East, West, North, South Pune... All forum members can contribute their bits.

                      Resale rate at paranjape magnolia in April 2012 is 6300. Flat changed hands at this rate.
