Re : Feedback on Kumar Aatman at Baner

      Aatman has Bhatakti Aatmas??

Here is my take on Aatman:-
      1. Approach road is very small, though the distance from main road is less,
      2. Building configuration in terms of spacing is not good,
      3. Builder has gone burst,
      4. No completion in sight.
Now coming to serious note, I felt as if it is HAUNTED, & hey I am not joking. Man, simply visit it in afternoon & you feel you are on Ramsay Bandhu sets. Don't know whether you believe in it or not but the vibes here were very, very dangerous. Infact, same experince happened with my friend too. He did not even step out of his car & told watchman he came here mistakenly & wanted to see Kumar Shantiniketan rather & zoomed away.
If you are happy, you are successful.

2 BhK flats costing 51 Lacs is a BIG joke. The buyers should ban such Builders. It's an over-hype. Even at half the price of that quoted seems to be unaffordable.

That’s scary. Thanks for the heads up
Is it because the approach road is remote or main road itself is haunting?
Can you please provide more details on “Builder has gone burst”?

Have you seen how sailors sleep in submarine ..... 6 x 2.5 feet space made on top of a motor or any machine
and they don't complain of space ... so why you are complaining ...
And they are more healthy .... so change your ways .... become Marine commandos ....

See how concerned the builders is for your health....

And here you are getting equivalent to the captain's space in a ship....

Come on its Mumbai culture ..... the city of less space ...... and high prices ....

LOL....If the bldr gets a whiff of this feedback he might cancel all bookings and turn it into a tourist attraction. He wont have any need to complete it! Never know with these guys...

Well, I wasn't lucky to hear such beautiful song. Had to settle with the surroundings only. Make a site visit in the afternoon & hear the song.

                    Frugality,

I don't like small area concepts like mumbai culture.. and i am not even intrested in going to mumbai neither ready to accept small area flats when I have sufficient amt of money to buy a good area flat..

Whoever is intrested in filling builders pockets and ready for 'mumbai concept' small area flats can go ahead...

There are 100's of deals available with big area flats in almsot 2700-3000 sqft area in bavdhan, baner and wakad area .. So why do i go for mumbai concept flats ????
