I am in dilemma whether to book the flat or no ... having below doubts

Whether above is the good rate in that area? or what is a good rate?
How are the growth prospects for other side of highway?
Is that area safe enough?
What is the reputation of builder? will there be time overrun?

Can someone throw some light please?

    Rohan Leher is a better option if you are considering other side of the highway. There is no proper approach road to Crest Avenue..But there are few projects on this side of the highway as well which you can consider.

    Hi kamles,
    Thnx for replying. Well i have seen all the new projects on either side of the highway in that area. All are way above my budget (75L), so I m considering a resale one. Please share if u know anything i can get in that budget in areas other than wakad and pimple saudagar.
