    Can any one let me know about the Opus 77 project, I am planning to book this projects. Or is there any other projects which are similar.

    If anybody have negotiation idea. Currently they have quoted 5000/sqft.

    Cant find there floor plan and layout on net
    Location wise its to inside..feel of rural and local crowd
    elevation is very nice..fresh color to building. Need to see floor plan and layout
    but 5000 rate is way to much..i guess 4500 to 4600 could be good tag

    As per the cost sheet given by sales person..they are quoting 5200 and also taking extra 1lac for Modular Kitchen...

    please mail me if anyone else is also planning to book here...

    "inside"? Try catching an autorickshaw from here (if you see any) or try 'walking' on the road in the evening (without wearing night vision goggles).
    Surrounding infra is non-existant except the road which sees some traffic due to people going to hinjewadi or heavy vehicles going to construction site...not a livable place for 2-3 years atleast. Nearest shops are at hinjewadi chouk...

    Lavi me and needhome had same view abt location. B4 u book just visit few projects around indira college. Lavi just opp to indira huge mall consrruction is going with big bazar and all. There are plenty of projects behind indira college and rates r betwee 4700 to 4900 . Or send me email id..i have few list
