    Dear all,

    Are there any pre-launch offers going on around Hinjewadi/Tathawade/Punawale/Ravet? If not pre-launch, any recently launched projects around this area? I already visited few projects in Punawale(PineVille, MyHome, Life Republic), looks good projects but before finalizing anything, would like to explore other options as well. Please advise.

      take a look at Siyona project from Pethkar builders in Punawale.

        Hi Punit,
        I have visited Siyona today and there are no more 2 BHK flats available in this project at this point of time, they are having some 2BHKs but are not open for current booking and they will open these 2 BHKs after few months with higher rates.

        Please suggest some more projects in this area.

                    EON HOMES HAS PRE-LAUNCH OFFER

                    I did enough research on whether to buy or not in that area. About MIDC lease. About builder.
                    About quality of construction.

                    I have booked flat in Eon Homes A2 building. If anybody is having queries & needs review then please let me know.


                    I have spent ( or waste ) ample amount of time already in investing the pros & cons.
                    I had really doubts about MIDC 95 years lease. But after showing all the relevant documents to my advocate he suggested go for it. No issues. It's usual 95 years lease infact entire hinjewadi is under MIDC 95 years lease. It gets' renewed no issues.

                    Below are the Pros
                    1. Trustworthy Bharat Agarwals quality execution. I verified other properties of Kasturi. e.g La Vi da Loca Pimple Saudagar, Voyage Moshi
                    2. I visited many properties but really very few builders gave price worthy quality. I would really like to mention the quality builders I found when I visited to sites.
                    Kasturi, Marvel, Kolte-Patil, Paranjape, Pharande.
                    3. Prime location
                    4. This property is not similar to other property it's shift of class. e.g. maruti 800 & Swift.

                    But please note you are paying extra money to get this quality. But I can say it's worth already we are paying more than 65 to 70 Lacs to any budget flat.

                    I really found Kasturi's staff is good, co-operative & it looked aligned with it's brand.

                    I Personally predicted the location of Eon Home is really good. That area will be really shine differently in future.

                    Below are the cons
                    Currently lack of basis facilities e.g. hospitals, shops etc. But by the time it will come. It's matter of some time.
