I do investment out of spare money from my savings (i.e. after putting aside for my expenses, for emergency)
To do an investment in RE, I would expect to have 90% of property price with me.
Looking at current prices in Pune(or Noida - where I have never been in my whole life); I think builders can start idea where multiple people "invest" in single apartment(as its prices are so high that I doubt who would have such high spare money)
