I visited following projects on the eastern side of Pune -

Brahma Avenue - 3500 psft - 47L - 2 BHK (2011 posession) - floor rise from 2nd floor
Suyog Leher - 2990 (just launched) - 32L 2 BHK ( carpet is around 600 only and 100% terrace charged)
Gagan Avenue - 3303 psft - 48L - 2 BHK ready posession
Runwal Luxuria - 3150 psft - 37 L - 2.5 BHK

I did not find much worth the money they were quoting, especially B. Avenue -- Its on HILL; and I felt like I am on trek when I entered the society; internal roads are also full slope and all ( no chance for cycle learning kids)

Gagan Avenue - seemed very costly for surrounding and far from NIBM

Suyog Leher - not ready to negotiate - just launched and have SWP...it seems issue here; as it will increase maintenance cost and seemed no plan for solid sludge handling......Also their parking and 1st floor is going to be below ground level; seems problematic in rains

Luxuria - not sure how long it will take to finish

Any suggestions? (Please no INORA park; its too far and not even started)

Any comments on Ganga Sampatti(Wanaworie) - Goel Ganga Developments?
