Hi All,

How is the Project The Island - Om Developers at Wakad?

is it worth investing? The Rates are 2850/sqft for Non-Garden Facing and 3000/sqft for Garden Facing.

Thanks,
Amit

if you are an investor then 3000 is not worth it. if you are an end user then any rate above 2650 is not worth it in wakad.

Let me tell u all go and bargain with the builder. There are so many projects in that area that no one can say that my project is full or totally sold. Builders creates gimmik and illusion that if u don't book today rates will go up next week but never beleave on this tricks. Better wait and bargain to dead extent.
Realistic rates are present in link

  • How did u come up with this list?

    Hi PNB

How did u come up with the numbers.. As I see, the rates you have mentioned are actually 50% of what the real rates are. Though I too feel, that the prices are high, but expecting a 50% fall is way too much..!!

Rest is up to you to decide how you want to use these as benchmark for negotiation with builders. If this is what your expectation is, I would suggest don't even approach a builder with this sheet.. ;)

  • Hi all,

We have been looking for resale flats and came across 1 flat which is in Island. We loved the flat and thinking of buying it. Could any one resident please tell me how Island society is now in 2016. if there are any problems anyone is facing now like water, electricity... Are there any issues. Your feedback will matter us a lot. Thank you in advance.
