Hi,

Anybody has any idea whether Olive Greens project behind Cognizant in phase I hinjewadi by Kotle patil group is worth investing ?
At present they are booking flats for 1BHK and studio apartments( 3100 psf) and possession after 15 months but I am quite sceptical in the sense that at present there seems to be no substantial site work going on.

Has anybody invested in the project.Please reply.

    Whats size of 1 BHK.

  • I enquired for 2 BHK around 2 months back in some property exibition.
    For 2 BHK, total cost was around 42 L all inclusive.

    After that I also called salse person and he told me same rate and not negotiable.

    I think 2 BHK should available there.

  • This site is a little inside from main road. Kolte Patil had planned a commercial building with malls & all at this site. But looks like they haven't got any customers & the structure of this building is still present. The residential buildings will be behind this structure.
    There is a Symbiosis boys hostel next to the project.

  • Try either ashok meadows or eon homes. Both are by good builders. Later is more value but is in phase 3

    I am also looking to purchase a flat here, it is good location but access to it is difficult.
