  • Wagholi Vs. Ravet Vs. Moshi, Pune

    Hi,

Iam right now in a dilemma of choosing right palce to buy an apartment for living. My work location is in Pimpri as of now and I am staying at a rented acco in Thergaon. I explored near by projects but could not find anything reasonably priced. The current rates quoted by builders in Thergaon Rahatni area is ~5500 to 6100/sqft which means 900 sqft flat is coming for around 60-65lacs inclusive of all which I think is not justifiable. Another side of Pune like Ravet or Wagholi or Moshi/Chikhali is having much better options in this budget but have other aspects in which they lag like well social infra, distance from Bus/train station good schools and hospitals etc.

In current festive season there are many discount offers being made by builders in these areas. I am confused should I go for Moshi/Chikhali or Ravet or Wagholi compromising my travel time to office but getting value deal and good future appreaciation in case If I relocate or should buy at exorbitant rate in Thergaon area for 65lacs without any second thought.

    RE amateur gurus pls guide.

As per my research I have dropped now Moshi and Wagholi considering the risky long distance travel everyday for Office and quality of living.

I am now more interested in Ravet or Thergaon or anyother place towards PS .

Moshi is a good area if one have a vehicle.. Its already under PCMC with the twin flyovers on the Nashik Highway its just 15 mins from Pimple Saudagar.. Connectivity to Vishrantwadi will also improve as widening of Alandi Vishrantwadi road is in progress. PCMC has the DP Plan approved for Moshi and in 5 years it will become quite a good area to reside for sure.. Anyone having a budget of around 40 lacs should definitely look into this area..
