Congress, BJP, AAP or Hung- Outcome of Elections and Impact on Faridabad Real Estate

          Hi
          Greetings

with emotions running high in the run up to the elections, I am sure many time people would like to air their views on the outcome of elections and its impact on Faridabad Real estate... and why not? Politicians find RE as a safe haven and given the fact that RE occupies 50% + of parallel economy as of date, as many suggest.

Hope this will also help maintain sanctity to various topical threads on the forum!!

          Cheers

Re : Impact on Faridabad Real Estate after General Elections

            Thank you MOD.
One general observation at my end; till election or 6 months post elections, RE market will stay subdued because politicians will need money to finance their elections and will withdraw their investments from RE sector hence market will see some correction in prices. These are personal views and others might disagree, either case, opinions are welcome.

AAP is not keen at the moment to take up RE issue in their manifesto, I have made several requests to Yadav in personal capacity but I am yet to get affirmative response from him. Needless to say that I know him in personal capacity but politics is taking precedence over everything.

So in short corruption is inevitable in a developing country and no matter who comes and who not, corruption will always be there and thus focus should be on the party that can bring development with corruption too???

                      Hi
                      Greetings

We hve some interesting thoughts flowing. It is important to understand the state level political dynamics as well as the Local MLAs and MPs.

Are we planning to vote-in the same guys?
Are we stuck with a feeling of nothing can happen, so vote a known devil?
Should we vote-back-in the Baranas (sand mafia and era owner), the Nagars (Vadras broker) or the likes, who have been acting as touts and builders?

Surely, many reading this forum are not the "Vote Bank"-those who want Free water, electricity, ration but certainly democracy is about votes and unfortunately, votes come from that segment.

So what choice does law abiding middle class have? Which candidate? Which Party in faridabad can ensure delivery, proper infra development, transparent policies, security and safe of kids, ladies, elderly and the environment? How to find Resolution of land acquisition required for essential roads, stp etc?? Connectivity with UP? Who can resolve issues Refund of excess EDC by builders and arbitrary enhancement of edc by govt.??

                      Cheers
