Real estate, property registration, builder related cheating, poor implementation of property laws - these are the single biggest problem in India today. Troubles everybody and yet - nobody can avoid property.

After witnessing the shenanigans of Congress biggies and BJP President in land related irregularities, there is no doubt that this aspect of our economy which is crying out for reforms will never improve until incorruptible people are in charge.

Although BJP is much better than Congress, their response to recent BJP leadership problems exposes their inadequacy.

We must vote for Aam Aadmi party even though it might harm the BJP and in the end benefit Congress by vote splitting - because even if a single Aam Aadmi voice reaches the parliament or the state legislature, it will prevent a hundred crooked deals.

We must empower the Aam Aadmi party and we can only do so by voting for them.

So much easier to vote for them than attending their rally !!!

Even if they lose their deposit, their voice will prevent a hundred criminals being fielded in the electoral battles to come.

PArties might reject criminals because of what Aam Aadmi party might say. That itself is enough.

  • This is what Winston Churchil had mentioned on India's independence....

When Mr. Clement Attlee, Prime Minister of United Kingdom, in June 1947, introduced the Indian Independence Act in the British Parliament, Sir Winston Churchill, war time Prime Minister of England, argued:-

"----------Power will go to the hands of rascals, rogues, freebooters; all Indian leaders will be of low caliber & men of straw. They will have sweet tongues & silly hearts. They will fight amongst themselves for power & India will be lost in political squabbles. A day would come when even air & water... would be taxed in India."

Though he had no business to comment on India but what he said is reality now. He may have said it out of frustration (not as a visionary) but true in current scenario...... :(

BTW, even Mountbatten had mentioned mentioned about Indian leaders of that time. He was of the opinion that Indian leaders are good at raising the movements but not at administration. That's what we all see in current scenario. Country actually is not run by Politicians but actually govt officers...

Also on AAP, I do not find any reason to vote for, though I do not see any reason to support BJP or any other party.

The current Media news & Anna's comments on Kejariwal are not good for both of them. Even if Anna is not supporting AK, he should maintain silence rather than raising voice against him.

As I had said in past, Anna shall consider the changed times and rethink about his stand on Politics. Even Lord Vishnu took different Avatars as per the need of time and not sticking to single Avatar of Ram or Krishna...

  • True. Even if AAP continues to be corruption free, it cannot change the things overnight. Changes in any system do take long time....

  • The guy kejriwal is a kuckoo case with a foot in his mouth. I was curiously following this guy since the begining he was fine with his gram sabha movement and curbing curruption at grass root level. But now a days he is just spreading plain lies and into fear mongering. All his allegations are falling flat and without any research work he is just throwing muck on everybody pure case of guilty untill proven innoccent. Was watching his video on FDI and allegations on Modi. Plain lies or misinformed bullc$ap of worst kind targetting lowest of the low IQs. :bab (59):
These kind of people should stay on margins only, crying wolf from the sidelines, the day they enter into mainstream we are going back to stone ages.

  • BTW, neither Anna nor Kejariwal is talking about Lokpal bill. They could have at least staged a dharna during winter session for a day or so...

  • AAP is more dangerous than even Laloo...They are a bunch of loony leftists who think all businessmen are crook out to suck the blood of poor people. They are a throw back to the era of 80s when profit and money were bad words and there was a sense of pride in being 'poor'.

I have no doubt that AAP and Kejriwal is honest. But honesty is a necessary but not the sufficient condition to be in power. Even Britisher rulers were honest, then should we invite them back to rule over us?

Look at the economic policies and other policies (like national security) of AAP and Kejriwal before deciding; don't short-sell yourself.

  • Even Chankya was practical. He defined rules as per the need of that time and ensured his success..... We cannot stick to what our leaders did 70 yrs back...

if you dont need lokpal, then dont complain about them not doing dharna for lokpal again.

going by your perverted logic of "they raised it, so they have to get it done", you have raised voice against them not doing dharna for lokpal in the winter session , now you have to force them to do dharna. otherwise, Are you ready to eat your words ?

could you please elaborate on positions of current political parties in power on social, economic & national security issues. zero!!!. their only position seems to be money & power.

  • guru ji, calm down....
AK came to everyone's notice (or may be to my) only through lokpal issue. Now this issue has taken a back seat from his (not sure about Anna) agenda.

To second part of your comment - Am not sure if posting a view on something really means raising a voice against someone....
