I m living in us for the past 11 years and am a gc holder.my wife is a us citizen(indian).i invested in realestate solely in my name and some in the our joint names previously.Now i intend to invest further in our joint names.i infer from these columns, that NRI s cannot transfer the sale proceeds back to us in case of a sale of not more than two properties.Now the question is -do i have to make future investments in the sole name of my wife only, since i have already had property in my name (jontly and individually)or can i make a joint investment. this pertinent question is very disturbing to me. Can any knowledgeable guy advise me in this regard
