  • What are major concerns of builders or construction houses?

    What major concerns do builders or construction houses have when developing projects as planned and promised to buyers?

    Are they:

    -> getting project approvals

    -> getting project ready in promised time

    -> making sure project follows all mandatory guidelines of laws

    -> making sure marketing is as effective as possible

    -> sales team closing deals asap so not much inventory at hand

    What other issues do they face?

    Thanking in advance!

    Developers face one or all of the above mentioned problems and many more, varying from case to case.

      Availability of easy finance and uncertain/varying Govt. regulations from time to time are some major concerns not listed above.

        vijay.kurhade getting approvals is one major concern as many small time builders simply skip that part for a later period and go ahead with the construction leading to legal issues in future.
