I am planning for G+3 on my 30 x 45 sq.ft plot with 80% for commercial and 20% for parking on ground floor, 2BHK house for rental on 1st floor and a duplex on 2nd and 3rd floor. On 3rd floor only 30% of the floor space will be used for 2 bedrooms and rest of the space will be left open to sky.

Just wondering if by using drywalls (or) clay hollow bricks for internal walls instead of using bricks, can I lower overall cost of construction as it might lower the weight of the building as well? If so, which can be the good option to go for internal walls?

Best Regards,
